Young United Methodist Clergy

I have been participating in an interesting conversation with United Methodist clergy under the age of 35 this week. There are many challenging issues facing our denomination in light of the declining number of young clergy. This group was assembled to chat about the ways the UMC can create a better culture for young clergy to thrive and succeed in our changing day.
The prayer I have for our church is that this stress might actually force us to address some of our problems and focus on the vital mission that God has called us to as disciple makers.
